HALLOWEEN FUN SHOOT 1st November 2020 Antony Kite organised a Halloween Fun Shoot which was shot on a 80cm Frostbite face at 30m however it was done as 4-arrow ends and had some unusual and interesting scoring systems - you had to get so many hits for a wound / kill and each moster had different scoring zones, i.e. for one it was 4 golds, others was 2 whites and 2 blacks. To get a kill, for compounds you had to get all 4 in the correct colour zones, recurve was 3, barebow 2 & longbow just 1. The weather was not the best and by not the best I mean it was stormy, luckily the rain pretty much held off but the wind was relentless! Costumes was also promoted which a few members including myself took advantage of and prizes were awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place along with best costume. See Awards page for scores |
