INDOOR SHOOTING

Our indoor venue is at the Northfleet School for Girls, Gate B, Hall Road, Northfleet, DA11 8AQ
Download a sketch map Northfleet map

Indoor shooting takes place on Thursdays; 6:30pm to 6:45pm arrival for sighters at 7:15pm.
We have to be out of the hall by 9:45pm, so shooting will stop at 9:15pm to allow sufficient time for packing away.
Bring your own refreshments.
Non-marking soft soled shoes must be worn.

Rounds rotate on a weekly basis and include Portsmouth, WA18/Bray 1 and Worcester as shown in the fixtures programme. It may be possible to accommodate alternative or mixed rounds depending on overall demand and at the discretion of the Line Captain, eg to practice prior to a competition or 3-spot. However, this will not be allowed when Worcester or League rounds are scheduled.

A Bray 1 League round will generally be shot on the first Thursday of each month.
A double Bray 1 round may be shot.
A Portsmouth League round will generally be shot on the second Thursday of the month.

Visitors are always welcome, but must have current AGB/GNAS membership.

Fees: Members & Associates: seniors £4.00 and juniors £3.00, Visitors: £5.00.

Please note - ALL archers are expected to help in setting out and putting away the equipment. Archers arriving after the stated assembly time will not be allowed to shoot, and there will be little opportunity for making up missed arrows.

OUTDOOR SHOOTING

Our outdoor venue is at the Northfleet School for Girls, Gate B, Hall Road, Northfleet, DA11 8AQ

Outdoor winter shooting takes place on Saturday mornings only. Arrival at 10:15am for sighters at 11am.

Visitors are always welcome, but must have current AGB/GNAS membership.
Non-members will be expected to pay a 'green fee' of £5.

Whilst every effort will be made for the field to be open at the published times, there may be occasions when no key holders turn up. A list of key holders is shown on the Contacts page, and their phone numbers are listed in the container.

No archer is allowed to shoot alone. There must be at least two archers present at all times who are Club members and any juniors must be supervised by an adult archer.

Please note - ALL archers are expected to help in setting out and putting away the equipment. Archers arriving after the stated assembly time will not be allowed to shoot.

There may be some weekends when we cannot shoot due to school events. Please check the notice board regularly for any changes.
